Job Description

• To hold a portfolio of clients and manage all their requirements.
• Expeditiously process inquiries, ensure that quotations are prepared as agreed with the client.
• Point of contact for customer complaints and pass on timely information to the relevant supervisor.
• To achieve targeted customer base.

Person specification

• Ideally a holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with a bias in Marketing as an added advantage. 
• Demonstrable experience of working in a busy marketing department for a minimum of three to four years. 
• The successful candidate should have the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. 
• Interpersonal, good communications skills, highly motivated, result oriented, excellent organizational acumen with good logical and analytical command are a pre-requisite.

The Sales &Marketing Officers will report to the Marketing Manager Graphic Systems will pay the right salary to the right candidate.
